East High School

Congratulations to teacher Venus Cataldo, who applied for and won $500 from the WKBN Caring for Our Community Creative Classroom Program. Venus was the sole winner of the entire Mahoning County. The funds will be used for East High School's Bear Bucks incentive program, where scholars earn Bear Bucks for good attendance, good grades, and participation in extracurricular activities. Scholars can earn East High spirit gear, food, and drinks and participate in the Bear Day carnival at the end of the year.
